meet MEGAN
PSYCHOLOGIST & PRACTICE OWNER
I’m a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and New Jersey, specializing in OCD, perfectionism, and couples therapy. I work with individuals and partners who find themselves caught in patterns of overthinking, high self-pressure, and disconnection.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment and tailored to the individual. I focus on understanding how these patterns function in your life, and on helping you shift them in a way that is both effective and sustainable. I bring a thoughtful, curious, and nonjudgmental presence to the work, with room for humor when it’s helpful, so you can explore your experiences with greater clarity and flexibility.
My training includes extensive supervised experience in OCD and anxiety treatment, including work under Steven Phillipson, as well as advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy through externship and core skills with Deborah Scimeca-Diaz. I work with both individuals and couples, and take an active, collaborative approach—offering structure, clarity, and direct feedback when it’s useful.
As a first-generation American, I’m attentive to how culture, family dynamics, and expectations shape both distress and the process of change. My work is thoughtful and individualized, with an emphasis on approaches that are realistic, grounded, and aligned with your values.
